Abstrakt

The article deals with an issue of civil society referred to a democratic social order. The aim of the presented considerations is to argue that the ‘civil society’ category can be applied in analysis of a deliberative democracy. Author disputes with the way of explaining this nation presented in Neoliberalizm i społeczeństwo obywatelskie by Paweł Stefan Załęski. The article presents an alternative settling the issue of implementation the ‘civil society’ category in explanations of contemporary democratic societies.
