O uświatowieniu człowieka i nadmiarze sensu w życiu

Abstrakt

The article introduces an auctorial concept of meaning in life, understood not as a foundation for his own self, not as a value or a paramount purpose, but as “overmundanization.” This term is related to certain storing of reality in one’s consciousness. The text develops the idea of human as a being that is rich-with- the world, discusses a sui generis surpluss of meaning which effaces any subjective prospects, e.g. capability to effectively influence his surroundings. This status creates an inevitable dissonance, such as the one between meaning and being, stating and acting, as well as enforces an attitude of prudent and subtle openness (called “hypocrisy”) capturing the complexity of phenomena.
